Paul A. Galante is an associate in the Firm’s Northeastern Pennsylvania offices.

From 2001 until February 2004, Mr. Galante was an assistant district attorney in the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office, leading major crime prosecutions. Thereafter, Mr. Galante has focused his private practice in family law, criminal defense and workers compensation defense. Since 2005, he has also been a Court-appointed Conflict Counsel for Luzerne County and is certified to serve as lead counsel on death penalty cases under the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Rules.

A graduate of Fordham University and Thomas Cooley School of Law, Mr. Galante lives in Kingston, Pennsylvania with his wife and their three children.
