Marvin Wilenzik, a senior shareholder in the firm, is a 1956 graduate of Brown University and a 1960 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. Mr. Wilenzik has extensive trial and appellate experience, having actively and successfully been involved for nearly forty-five years with cases of complexity, high degree of difficulty, and precedent-setting litigation. He is also recognized for skills in conciliation, mediation, and arbitration. He is frequently the recipient of case referrals from other attorneys. He enjoys a well-earned reputation as a preferred attorney in multiple practice venues.

Mr. Wilenzik represents both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving unique and precedential issues presenting innovative and intellectually challenging resolutions. His cases have run the gamut from business disputes, injunctions involving contractual rights and covenant disputes, commercial torts, probate and fiduciary litigation, breakups of professionals, banking issues, insurance litigation, condemnation, financial workouts, land use and real estate problems, and, as well, recognized appellate accomplishment.

He was appointed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to its Appellate Court Procedural Rules Committee, serving as Vice Chair. He is a Delegate from Montgomery County to the Pennsylvania Bar Association, while also serving as liaison to the Pennsylvania Bar from its Civil Litigation Section Council. A former Director of the Montgomery Bar Association, Mr. Wilenzik was Co-Chair of, and continues as a long-time member of, its Bench-Bar Committee. He has served on the Montgomery Bar Judiciary Committee and has again been approved to serve on that Committee. Author of "Closings, the End Is In the Beginning," presented to the statewide Civil Litigation Section Retreat, he has also been a faculty member and lectured on multiple subjects in various seminars.

Formerly an adjunct Professor of business law at St. Francis College of Loretto, Pennsylvania, Mr. Wilenzik also has been honored by Brown University as the recipient of its Alfred Joslin Award. He has served on Brown's Corporation Committee on Athletics and is currently Vice President of his class. His eclectic activities found him named by Pennsylvania Public Television as a co-Sports Broadcaster of the Year.

Mr. Wilenzik is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
