We have successfully represented and defended individual and class actions involving constitutional rights, securities fraud, insurance, fraud, employment, WARN Act, mass torts, toxic torts, strict liability in product design, manufacture and warnings, chemical contamination, and waste disposal. Recently, Elliott Greenleaf successfully prosecuted, and settled for multi-million dollars in uninsured damages, the largest single event mass disaster class actions in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and is regularly retained to represent victims of mass disaster class actions in negotiations and litigations throughout the region.
