Krista K. Beatty is of counsel to the firm’s Blue Bell office. Her practice includes trial and appellate litigation in the federal and state courts, concentrating in complex commercial matters, banking, constitutional torts and health law. She additionally performs commercial transactional work, including contract drafting as well as estate and business succession planning.

She received her B.A. degree from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in 1988 and her J.D. cum laude from Villanova University School of Law in 1994, where she was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board and Order of the Coif. Prior to entering law school, Ms. Beatty was a commercial bank examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, evaluating financial soundness of commercial bank institutions and compliance with banking regulations.

Ms. Beatty is an active member of the community and currently serves on the Advisory Board of Clarke School for the Deaf/Center for Oral Education in Bryn Mawr, PA. She is a member of the Bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
