Elliott Greenleaf works with individuals, families and businesses in structuring their financial affairs for the preservation and transmission of assets. Working with our clients' accountants, financial planners, insurance agents and other advisors, we design plans that include wills, lifetime and testamentary trusts, family limited partnerships, limited liability companies and the transfer of asset ownership to implement our clients' goals and minimize related tax burdens on both the client and his or her successors.

The firm regularly represents executors and administrators in probating wills, administering estates, marshalling and transferring probate and non-probate assets and preparation of required income tax, Pennsylvania inheritance tax and federal estate tax returns.
