Mr. Elias, a shareholder, focuses his practice in commercial trial and appellate litigation in federal and state courts. He litigates civil cases in diverse areas of the law, including complex business and commercial disputes, bankruptcy, health care contractual disputes, products liability, intellectual property, computer law, environmental law, class actions and multidistrict litigation. Mr. Elias also has extensive experience in the enforcement, opening, striking and collection of judgments.

Mr. Elias serves on the Pennsylvania General Assembly's Joint State Government Commission's Advisory Committee on the Consumer Credit Code. The Committee is suggesting updates to various consumer finance legislation and proposing the merger all such legislation into a consolidated Consumer Credit Code which avoids duplication of Federal law and regulations, and promotes uniformity of law among the states.

Mr. Elias is a member of the Bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. His professional associations include the Philadelphia Area New Media Association, and the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations.

Mr. Elias received his B.A. in 1995 from Lehigh University and his J.D. in 1998 from Villanova University School of Law. While at Villanova, he served as Project Coordinator of the Global Democracy Project, a program helping Balkan nations ravaged by war construct a legal information infrastructure utilizing the Internet.
