May 2008 - Elliott Greenleaf is pleased to announce that Mark W. Bufalino and Paul A. Galante have joined the Firm. The Firm’s President and Managing Shareholder, Henry F. Siedzikowski, observed, “They are experienced commercial litigators and business attorneys, and bring additional successful experience for the Firm’s strong presence through Northeastern Pennsylvania.” Mark W. Bufalino is one of Northeastern Pennsylvania’s most experienced civil and criminal trial lawyers in federal and state courts, and is active throughout the community, including serving as Chairman of the Democratic Party in Luzerne County, and brings his extensive experience to Elliott Greenleaf. In addition to being widely recognized in both federal and state courts as a top trial lawyer, in both civil and criminal matters, Attorney Bufalino also maintains a significant municipal practice. Likewise, Attorney Galante brings his blend of litigation experience to Elliott Greenleaf. Attorney Galante’s practice ranges from insurance defense matters to personal injury claims and like Attorney Bufalino also has litigated throughout the courts of this Commonwealth. Attorneys Bufalino and Galante will be based in the Firm’s Wilkes-Barre office.
