BRYAN BARBIN RE-JOINS ELLIOTT GREENLEAF
Bryan Barbin has re-joined Elliott Greenleaf as of counsel to the Firm in its Harrisburg office. With 27 years experience in complex, tax, finance, and litigation matters, he will practice from the Firm’s Harrisburg office and from Johnstown. A fourth generation lawyer, Bryan previously practiced with the Firm for several years before joining his family’s law firm in Johnstown.
A graduate of University of Richmond and with a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh, he clerked for Pennsylvania Supreme Court Chief Justice Henry X. O'Brien, and then served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Tax and Finance Division. Bryan has represented the Commonwealth before the United States Supreme Court, and currently serves as the representative in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 71st District, consisting largely of the Johnstown area.
