ROGER J. HARRINGTON, JR. ELECTED SECRETARY OF THE YOUNG LAWYERS SECTION OF THE MONTGOMERY BAR ASSOCIATION

Elliott Greenleaf' Roger J. Harrington, Jr. has been elected Secretary of the Young Lawyers Section of the Montgomery Bar Association for 2005. Mr. Harrington served as Treasurer of the Young Lawyers Section in 2004. The Young Lawyers Section sponsors seminars and meetings with the Court of Common Pleas, and addresses the concerns and ambitions of the several hundred members of the Bar Association under the age of thirty-five.

The Firm's commitment to public service is also furthered by the election of Mark A. Kearney as the Secretary of the Montgomery Bar Association for 2005; Thomas J. Elliott's election as the Secretary of the Trial Lawyers Section of the Montgomery Bar Association in 2005; and Eric P. Wilenzik's election as a Director of the Montgomery Bar Association.
