ELLIOTT GREENLEAF IS SELECTED CREDITORS COMMITTEE DELAWARE COUNSEL IN INJECTION MOLDED POLYPROPYLENE MANUFACTURER BANKRUPTCY

Elliott Greenleaf has been selected as Delaware and Conflicts counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Nailite International, Inc. corporate bankruptcy cases pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Delaware. The Debtors, based in Miami, Florida, produce injection molded polypropylene based cedar and masonry replica siding products which closely match the look of real wood, brick and stone siding. They supply the residential new construction and remodeling markets through various building material and siding distributors globally. The Debtors commenced their Chapter 11 cases to implement a competitive sales process and effectuate a sale of the Debtor's assets through Chapter 11.
