SIX ELLIOTT GREENLEAF SHAREHOLDERS ARE NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED AS BUSINESS LITIGATOR SUPERLAWYERS IN CORPORATE COUNSEL PUBLICATION
Elliott Greenleaf shareholders, John M. Elliott, Thomas J. Elliott, Henry F. Siedzikowski, Mark J. Schwemler, Mark A. Kearney and Frederick P. Santarelli were selected as business litigator SuperLawyers in February 2009, based upon a national poll of judges and lawyers, distributed to all corporate counsel in the United States. With six of its fifty lawyers selected as business litigator SuperLawyers, Elliott Greenleaf has the largest per capita selection of its lawyers in Pennsylvania. It is the only Pennsylvania law firm with its principal office outside of Philadelphia and Pittsburgh to have this many attorneys receive national recognition.
In addition, shareholder Thomas J. Elliott was recognized as an International Law “SuperLawyer”, thus being the only attorney outside of Philadelphia and Pittsburgh selected for this recognition.
This national award follows the June 2008 recognition of Elliott Greenleaf’s Chairman and CEO John M. Elliott, again being recognized as one of the top 100 lawyers in Pennsylvania. Mr. Elliott, senior shareholder Stewart J. Greenleaf and shareholder Mark J. Schwemler were also recognized as among the top 100 lawyers in Philadelphia. For the fifth consecutive year, 12 members of the firm were recognized as Pennsylvania SuperLawyers, the top 5% of all Pennsylvania lawyers. This repeated recognition, on an annual basis, by the Bench and Bar is a testament to the Firm’s excellent reputation, and the winning commitment of the Firm’s attorneys and professional staff in its Blue Bell, Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Scranton, Wilkes-Barre and Wilmington offices.
