Elliott Greenleaf senior shareholder Tom Elliott is a faculty member at the April 29, 2010 Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Ethics Potpourri, the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee update.

Mr. Elliott is a former member of the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and lectures frequently on significant legal developments including issues of legal ethics and professional responsibility. In this presentation he will analyze the recent conflict of interest opinion in Delaware Court of Chancery, Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. vs. Airgas, Inc., et al., In the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware, No. 5249-CC.
